You can honestly say just about anything. And don’t be afraid to be flirtatious- an upfront woman is attractive!
Send a funny/relatable gif or meme
Respond to one of their stories and show interest in what they’re doing. Possibly send a playful comment
Compliment him
Respond to one of their posts or stories with a question
It doesn’t seem complicated at all, right?
The worst thing that can happen is that you get left on read for one of the three reasons:
They have a girlfriend
They have a boyfriend
They are just not interested in you/your life

You need a perspective shift and you need to take a closer look at your self-worth. If someone isn’t interested in you, it should be an immediate turn off for you. Their disinterest is NOT an invitation to try harder. My best advice for ANYONE is to give your attention and energy to people who value and appreciate it and remove your attention from those who do not. If they notice your absence and genuinely miss it, they will make an effort to make you feel wanted. Those who don’t make an effort are taking up far too much space in that precious mind and heart of yours.
A suggestion before sliding into the DMs: Do your research. Like, scroll through their pics to make sure they don’t have a significant other. Also, check their tagged photos, lmao. You never know, until you know.
